About this site
Hi, my name is Kit Latham, and I ran across the translations by Sarangerel Odigon of the Epic poem about King Gesar that had been archived by the ‘Way Back Machine’
I actually contacted Sarangerel Odigon to obtain permission to republish this work, only to find though my research that she had died unexpectedly 2006 of a health complications while in Mongolia.
If you have anything that your want to put on this site, links, information pertinent to Sarangerel Odigon and her work, or anything relative to issues surrounding Buryat Shamanism or Shamanism or the Shaman way , feel free to contact me at nak@scr4m.com

Hi,
I have been interested in Shamanism now in the last 5 months.
I’m from Ireland, and lived in LA, California for 6 years , and will return again in Sept. 2011. I find that the shamanism really helps me to connect and heal my childhood past, it’s really helping me with the grieving of family members and to connect with them. Its also given me a more grounding feeling on this earth.(thank you mother earth).
After watching ‘ The Horse Boy ‘ I just had to look you guys up.
Om Shanti Shanti.
Christina.

Hello: You ask about my friend who passed over long before her time. We worked together and we talked about each others works. I met her while I was giving a paper on the spirit world of the Inuit of the eastern arctic and Greenland at a conference in Mongolia. I knew her for a good ten years and truly considered her one of the most wonderful smart people I have met in my life. We worked together from the time I met her and watched her continue to do what was built up in her system. She passed over because she could not longer live in this world. Her IQ was above 180. Good luck with the studying of her writings. If I can help you please ask.
Thank you for posting this, David.
I would love the opportunity to publish on this site some of your work, or excerpts of your work, if at all possible, as the subject matter is interrelated.
